We want every listener to have a great experience. Because our products are digital codes delivered instantly, refund eligibility is limited — but we will always work with you to make things right.
When We Can Issue a Refund
- Your code was never delivered due to a system error on our side.
- The code you received is invalid or does not work as described, and our support team confirms the issue.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate transaction).
When Refunds Are Not Available
- The code has already been redeemed or downloaded.
- The purchase was made for an incompatible Audible marketplace or account region.
- The request is based on a change of mind after the order has been fulfilled.
- The Audible account you provided was incorrect, suspended, or otherwise ineligible.
How to Request a Refund
Reach out to our support team within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Any screenshots that help us understand the problem
What Happens After You Submit
We review your request and respond within 24 hours.
If approved, the refund is processed within 3 business days to your original payment method (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
A Note About Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly before opening a dispute with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in your account being suspended. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
