Refund Policy

At audibleclub.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to offer high-quality digital products and services, but we understand that there may be circumstances where you need a refund. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable content, refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The product was not delivered or inaccessible due to a technical error on our end.
  • The product is defective or not as described in the listing.
  • A duplicate payment or accidental multiple charge occurred.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If you have downloaded, redeemed, or accessed the credit/code after purchase.
  • If the issue is due to incompatibility with your Audible account region or device.
  • For change of mind after purchase.
  • If the Audible account provided is incorrect, suspended, or ineligible.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at:

Please include your order ID, reason for the refund request, and any relevant screenshots or documentation so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us first for any refund requests before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in your order being flagged and your account being restricted from future purchases.

6. Loyalty Points & Referral Rewards

Loyalty points earned on refunded orders will be automatically deducted from your balance. Referral credits earned from a referred order that is later refunded will also be reversed.
